As an activity, cooking has the ability to encourage the development of many aspects of wellbeing. From improving cooking skills and independence to exploring creativity and socialising (not to mention it tastes good!). Cooking is a fantastic activity to improve our mental health and wellbeing.

This course will explore delicious ways to cook and eat more healthily and hints and tips on food, drink, diet and daily routine to get you feeling great.
