You are invited to our first virtual NHS Elect Quality Improvement network event.
This networking event is for those who have some experience in the world of quality improvement to explore how organisations can support, develop, and embed QI approaches in a live NHS environment. This event will be a chance to get together to share challenges and successes of implementing QI in the real NHS world with a safe and trusted network of QI practitioners and leaders.
We used to meet in person but hope the shift to virtual will allow more people to attend, involve less travel and hopefully be even more fun! Our network events are fun interactive workshops, with lots of sharing ideas, challenges, and discussion. The agenda for the network meeting will build on the success of previous in person events using open space technology to determine the discussions and topics that really matter to you, but this time we will be virtual!

Robin Davis
Having worked in various senior NHS management roles, Robin combines a realistic outlook with the latest change management thinking to achieve results. He has a good understanding of the competing demands of operational health care management and the challenge of meaningfully engaging clinicians in projects. He is an accomplished facilitator and enjoys the challenge of working with clinical teams to bring about improvements for patients. Graduated from the NHS management training scheme in 2002, and he has an MSc in Health Care Policy and Management.
