Over the past two years, healthcare professionals have been pushed to their limits and we face an epidemic of burnout amongst our teams. To help reverse this worrying trend, NHS Elect is working with teams to develop solutions that will help them thrive, not just survive. The Happier Working Lives programme takes a quality improvement approach to help teams identify what matters to them and what steps they can take to improve.

Happier Working Lives is open to teams (with a core of between 4-12 people) across the NHS Elect network, subject to an 8 token spend from your organisation's NHS Elect token allocation.
