Carers can be a crucial part of somebody’s recovery, but caring can often be challenging. It can also be difficult to balance the carers own needs with the needs of the person being cared for. Carers may often feel isolated and distressed themselves. This short workshop will look at helpful hints and tips on how to ensure that carers are being equally nurtured and supported in their caring role, including services in the community that support this.
