Mindfulness is a skill, which we can all learn, to become more aware of our own experience, moment-to-moment, nonjudgementally. Practicing mindfulness regularly can increase our sense of wellbeing and help us respond differently to negative thoughts and feelings such as depression, anxiety and stress.  Even 5 minutes a day of regular mindful practice can make a real difference!

This is a 3 session course. Each session will offer lots of different mindfulness practices and activities, as well as support with building mindfulness into your weekly routine. There will also be space in each session to focus on overcoming challenges with mindfulness, including finding ways to practice alongside mental and physical health difficulties. We will also offer ideas of how to continue your mindfulness practice after the course.

The Zoom link will be emailed or texted to you the day before the course (mke sure to check your inbox as well as your junk or spam mailbox).

We know that online platforms can be temperamental and sometimes difficult to navigate, so students can enter the session up to 30 minutes after the start time, at which time we will close the session to new attendees.

If you need any help at all getting onto the course please do not hesitate to contact us on 0207 426 2332 or elft.thrc@nhs.net.

We look forward to seeing you in the classroom!

Please make sure to read our COVID 19 Safety Guidance here before attending the session. If you have any questions please contact us on 0207 426 2332 or eft.thrc@nhs.net
