The workshop will cover:

  • Understanding more about ourselves and what it is about conflict with others that we find so challenging and what blocks us attempting to do something about it
  • Learning about a full range of conflict responses available to us, dependent on the situations we face. This will be based on the work of Thomas and Kilmann who identified 5 main conflict responses
  • Refreshing practical skills grounded in listening, empathy and questioning required for skillful conflict handling
  • Planning next steps/action regarding a current conflict

Who should Log in:
Anyone who wants to become more self-aware about their attitude to conflict and who wants to apply this to handing a current conflict or understanding and learning from past conflict.
