This two hour workshop will explain what action learning is, what it is for and how it works in practice. Participants will take away an understanding of the origins and principles of action learning, what an action learning conversation looks like, the role of the facilitator and the key elements required to prepare to introduce action learning to an organisation.  

The workshop is aimed at anyone who is thinking about introducing action learning to their organisation or joining an action learning set as part of their development.
