This webinar aims to help people who are managing complex projects or programmes with multiple work streams and projects within an organisation or across a system and who have knowledge and experience of project and/or programme management.

The virtual workshop builds from the key concepts of project management introduced at the foundation level and introduces different concepts and approaches for leading projects of increasing scale, scope and complexity.

Throughout, we will consider major pitfalls and help people think about critical success factors and the importance of engaging and involving people in the process of change and learning.

We will cover:

•  the key concepts of project management, and to help people think about the approaches for managing different projects and programmes of work

•  systems thinking and complexity science and how these concepts can provide helpful insights into managing complex projects and programmes of transformational change

•  the role, skills and competencies of the project/programme lead

•  managing risk, reporting, oversight and governance
