Staff EBD study published in the Journal of Patient Experience

We’re delighted that our national Staff Experience Based Design (EBD) study has been published in the latest issue of the Journal of Patient Experience. The purpose of the study was to design, validate and test an EBD tool that may be used to capture the staff experience. You can read the full article here.
