People often value the coaching space for the ability to step out of the hustle and bustle, even for 20 minutes, to draw breath and reflect on their actions and plans.
The current challenging situation might not offer this opportunity, so we are pleased have one of our experienced coaches available on a daily basis should you feel this would be valuable.
This would be available using both voice and video calls. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a timeslot that would work for you.

MBTI is primarily a tool for understanding ourselves and how we interact with others and the world around us. It is widely used and well-researched.
We are offering members the chance to complete an online MBTI questionnaire and follow up with a one-to-one virtual session to discuss the results. Please email email@example.com to find out more and start the process.

We have launched an Organisational Development Network and a Quality Improvement Network to provide additional support for members.
Our aim is to provide a structured, reflective and supportive space,
where you can talk to each other about the impact Covid-19 is having
on your hospital and your role.
The sessions will provide an opportunity
to reflect on what’s happening, what’s working, and your ideas for
sustaining yourselves and the services and teams you look after.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to join the OD Network or email@example.com to join the QI Network.
Throughout the first quarter of the year we will be developing a range of online courses that will be accessible via Moodle.
Courses that are currently available include:
To access these courses you will need a username and password. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request yours.
We will be turning our webinars into podcasts where possible to make it easier for more people to listen.
You can listen to all available podcasts here.
We are also happy to support our members with bespoke virtual activities and would welcome your ideas for ways we can assist you further.
