In this one-hour webinar, we explore the concept of psychological safety; what it is and how to know when it’s present in your team and/or organisation.  We will discuss what it means for healthcare and how organisations are using it well vs. what happens when teams don’t give it attention, and we’ll equip you with tools to start cultivating it today in your teams and organisations.

The webinar will cover:
•    The importance of psychological safety in teams
•    The impact of a lack of psychological safety
•    A range of options to build psychological safety in their teams

This webinar has a universal audience at a personal level but might be of particular interest to TEAM LEADERS who want to improve the experience and performance of their teams.

Lead facilitator

Eleanor Clarke

Eleanor is an independent consultant and qualified work-place mediator, executive coach, team coach and facilitator. She has worked in both the public and private sector. She started out in research and development before moving into service improvement and change management on behalf of public sector organisations, including the MOD, county councils and the civil service. Healthcare is her favourite working environment, and she has worked in primary and community care and arm’s-length bodies for the last 12 years. Switching from process to people development, Eleanor headed up a new Organisational Development service within an NHS Trust, which quickly became a trusted partner to senior leaders, team leaders and staff throughout the organisation. She continues to have a passion for creating value-based solutions to support a culture of compassion and inclusion. She squeezes in a bit of mediation too.
