Key lessons from Martin Seligman’s decades of research and his bestselling book.

Join us for a discussion on the book, which claims to help you ‘change your mind and your life’ by Martin Seligman, who is often described as the ‘Father of positive psychology’. We will share key lessons from the book, including the benefits of living more optimistically and practical tips to become more optimistic. You don’t need to have read the book to attend, as you’ll still be able to follow the conversation, but we would encourage people to do this if they can and would love to hear your thoughts during the discussion. The session is open to all Members, and we look forward to seeing you there.

TOP TIP: We regularly see copies of this book in charity shops or sold second-hand online, and your local libraries might also have a copy.
