Developing a flexible leadership style

Strong leadership isn’t about sticking to one approach, it’s about knowing when to adapt. In this one-hour webinar, we explored a practical model for flexing your leadership style to meet the needs of your team and the situation at hand. We looked at why this matters, the common habits that can trip us up, and how adopting a more coaching-led approach can make a difference.
