We are delighted to announce that we can now also deliver leadership development programmes online and have designed a blended programme that covers key topics.
These include:
- Introduction to leadership
- Business case basics
- Fundamentals of team leadership
- Introduction to conflict
- Resilient people in compassionate organisations
- Introduction to project management
- Negotiation fundamentals
- Change management basics
The programme also gives participants pre and post session work and reflection and offers 1:1 support from our team to help embed the learning. Again, I know many sites are looking to pilot this with us for cohorts of leaders starting in September, so do let us know if you’d like to join this group and invite us to run something like this for your leaders.
Of course, as with our on-site programmes, we would expect to work with you to ensure any programme meets your exact needs and can swap different sessions in to ensure this.
