The team applies a range of evidence-based tools grounded in behavioural sciences to unlock the potential of staff, service users and the organisations that deliver care. 

Areas of Work

The services that are delivered by the team generally fall into eight key areas:

  • Leadership Programmes: Equipping staff with knowledge, skills and insights required to lead successful services and team motivation theories
  • Change Management: Supporting organisations to use the most appropriate processes, tools and techniques to manage the people aspect of change
  • Facilitation: Professional facilitation for groups of any size
  • Conflict and Mediation Guidance: Developing essential skills in managing conflict
  • Cultural Analysis and Change: Making sense of local culture, testing its match against organisational priorities, clarifying what can be done to get the most from what’s there and how to change when necessary
  • Organisational Development Strategies: Developing meaningful and deliverable strategies grounded in behavioural sciences
  • Psychological Resilience: Working with individuals and organisations on resilience and wellbeing
  • Team Building: Using a variety of techniques to bring groups of people together
  • OD Capacity Building: Working alongside in-house teams to enhance the range of OD work they can undertake
