In this interactive one hour workshop we will explore the concept of psychological safety; what it is and how do you know when it's present in your team/organisation. We will discuss what it means for healthcare and how organisations are using it well versus what happens when teams don't give it attention.

This session has a universal audience at a personal level but might be of particular interest to team leaders who want to improve the experience and performance of their teams.
