Online video conferencing
This is the second in our two part Human Factors series. We seek to explore and support understanding of how human interaction with systems and people, particularly in times of stress, can have either a positive or detrimental effect on clinical delivery and ulimtately, staff safety.
The sessions will focus on self, the effects of teamwork, equipment, workspace, culture and organisation on human behaviour and abilities and the application of that knowledge in a clinical setting. We will look at practical cases and will encourage reflection using best practice leading industry tools and techniques.
