This on-line two hour session provides practical guidance on writing business cases based on Her Majesty's Treasury Guidance.  Delegates will work through and understand the stages required to develop a business case that is persuasive and linked to an organisation's strategic direction and critical success factors. Participants will use and become familiar with industry practiced evaluation tools and other techniques to effectively engage peers and key decision makers across their organisation and wider stakeholder group.
