This two hour workshop aims to support participants to gain greater confidence and assertiveness at work. 

Participants will be introduced to a model which provides a starting point for moving forward with more confidence and can be applied in a situation which requires assertiveness.  We will then explore a framework for assertiveness, which offers practical tools as well as an awareness of things to avoid doing.
