This two hour session will explain what action learning is, what it's for and how it works in practice. Participants will take away an understanding of the origins and principles of action learning, what an action learning organisation looks like, the role of the facilitator and the key elements required to introduce action learning in your organisation. 

The session is aimed at anyone who is considering introducing action learning in their organisations or joining an action learning set as part of their development.
