In this interactive one hour online session we explore the concept of psychological safety, what it is and how to tell if it's present in your team and/or organisation.   We will discuss what it means for healthcare and how organisations are using it well versus what happens when teams don't give it attention.

The workshop will cover:

  • The importance of psychological safety in teams
  • The impact of a lack of psychological safety
  • A range of options to build psychological safety in teams

The session will equip you with all the tools to start cultivating psychological safety in your teams and organisations.
