The book The Fifth Discipline by Peter Senge refers to self-awareness and how an individual visualises their goal in relation to reality. In this first session, we will consider how you may better establish and live your deep-seated values, be motivated by your personal vision and purpose and hold the creative tension between your vision and your current reality.
