During this session you’ll reflect on different leadership behaviours, practice new skills, and reflect on own practice with a view to being able to deploy them with the right people, at the right time back in your workplace.

Lead facilitator

Darren Leech  

Darren heads up the Coaching Faculty at NHS Elect. He is a qualified, experienced coach and has helped many clinicians, managers and executives. He also facilitates team coaching and has worked on the delivery of a number of key leadership development programmes. Darren’s professional background was in pharmacy. He then worked in general management and, for over a decade, at board level at three different acute hospital trusts. Working on personal and team development, Darren retains an active academic interest too - regularly publishing work related to leadership development and coaching. His other areas of work at NHS Elect include helping members with - ambulatory care, planned care (RTT) and quality improvement for clinical services. Darren is currently studying for a post-grad certificate in Psychology.
