This online 2-hour session provides practical guidance on writing business cases based on HM’s Treasury Guidance. Delegates will work through and understand the stages required to develop a business case that is persuasive and poignantly linked to the organisation’s strategic direction and critical success factors. Participants will use and become familiar with industry practised evaluation tools and other techniques to effectively engage peers and key decision makers across their organisation and the wider stakeholder group.
