In a series of three webinars, Langley Sharp, former head of the Centre for Army Leadership, will draw on over three centuries of the Army's experience to distil the fundamentals of its leadership philosophy, defined as the character, knowledge and action that inspires others to succeed.

This second session will look at the principle components of knowledge that underpin good leadership:  know yourself; your people; your profession; and know the leader-follower relationship.
