In a three-series talk Langley Sharp, former head of the Centre for Army Leadership, will draw on over three centuries of the Army's experience to distil the fundamentals of its leadership philosophy, defined as the character, knowledge and action that inspires others to succeed.

The final webinar will appreciate the practical application of leadership and a leader's role in balancing the competing needs of the task, team and individual, within an ever-changing context. In so doing, it will look at the challenge of judgment and balance in decision-making - the 'art of leadership' - that will be familiar to leaders across every sector.
