In this one-hour webinar we explore the concept of psychological safety; what it is and how to know when it’s present in your team and/or organisation.  We will discuss what it means for healthcare and how organisations are using it well versus what happens when teams don’t give it attention, and we’ll equip you with tools to start cultivating it, today, in your teams and organisations.
The webinar will cover:
• The importance of psychological safety in teams
• The impact of a lack of psychological safety
• A range of options to build psychological safety in their teams
This webinar has a universal audience at a personal level but might be of particular interest to team leaders who want to improve the experience and performance of their teams.
