We know that COVID 19 has changed the way many of us do things, from seeing family or friends to working or studying. Many of our usual face- to-face contacts have gone online and we know from student feedback that this has been challenging as learning this new way of ‘life’ has happened quickly leaving little time to learn how to use these online platforms. This course is an introductory course that will teach the basic skills needed to use Microsoft Teams – one of the most common video calling applications. All students will be encouraged to attend our IT support sessions after this course if they would like to continue to learn and practice their skills.
