This one hour webinar will explore the concept of psychological safety, what it is and how you know when it's present in your team or organisation. We will discuss what it means for healthcare and how organisations are using it well versus what happens when teams don't give it attention. We'll also equip you with the tools to start cultivating it in your teams and organisations.
