Leadership: Leading change

Leading change can feel messy and uncertain, especially when people resist or lose confidence along the way. Many managers are expected to deliver change without clear guidance on how to bring others with them. This webinar focuses on making change more practical and human. It explores how to communicate clearly, build trust, and keep people engaged through uncertainty. By the end, you will feel more confident guiding your team through change and better prepared to handle resistance in a calm, structured way.
