This course highlights the many ways in which social media can be used to enhance the experiences of staff and patients.


The five modules demonstrate how it has been employed successfully across the NHS, whilst sharing tips and tricks to enable participants to make more of the many tools that are available.

You will also learn the importance of tailoring your social media activity for your target audiences, and explore the value in choosing and displaying the right persona online.
