During this pandemic, the way in which we work and study has had to change dramatically. Now, our personal and work/student lives cross over and we have had to adapt and change our ways of working very quickly and for many of us this is the first time we are doing this. In this course we will explore the different ways we have had to adapt to working/studying from home, considerations when working/studying from home and different approaches to adapting your environment and work/study schedule to maintain physical, mental and emotional boundaries between the productive and personal aspects of our lives.
