It is estimated that 1.6 million people currently experience a diagnosed or undiagnosed eating disorder within the United Kingdom. Whilst females are overly in these statistics the prevalence within the male population has grown significantly in recent years. This course aims to teach students about the different types of eating disorders, prevalence, possible causes, treatments and support services available.
